Before the next teaching weekend, please experience two methods of Epsom salt applications: o Salt scrub In the shower, shampoo and condition hairs, rinse. Turn off water. Open up Ziploc bag, and with about 2 teaspoons of salt in your palm, begin to scrub arms and shoulders; proceed through entire body. Avoid eyes and sensitive areas. When complete, turn on water and rinse. Use soap as needed. After shower, apply oil lightly to skin. Notice how soft your skin is J o Salt soak Fill tub to desired temperature. Add rest of salts from bag into tub. Soak for 5 minutes or more. Enjoy a lovely deep sleep that night! Note: Do at least two days apart.
