(47 17 ) X X ( ) Abstract This is the third-year report of our three-year proposal to investigate prevalence and the correlating factors of flexible flatfoot (FF) in preschool children of Taiwan. Altogether 377 preschool children, 201 boys and 176 girls ranging from 2 to 6 years of age, were investigated for 3years. Originally, there were 131 moderate or severe FF, while 70 of them improved to normal or mild group. Three of the normal or mild group developed moderate FF. Thus there were 64 moderate 1
