2 ORTHOLOC with 3Di Technology Ankle Fusion Plating System The ORTHOLOC Ankle Fusion Plating System with 3Di Technology contains plates belonging to one of three general categories (anterior, lateral, and posterior) based on the contouring of each plate and intended surgical approach. All plates are made from titanium alloy and feature polyaxial locking screw holes and one or two compression slots. 3 Ankle Spanning Locked Fusion Plating The ORTHOLOC Ankle Fusion Plating System with 3Di Technology features a comprehensive offering of anatomically contoured plates, allowing for either an anterior, lateral, or posterior approach. Anterior Lateral Posterior Universal Anterior Anterolateral TT Anterior Straight TT Lateral TT Posterior TT Posterior TTC Lateral TTC 3Di Variable Angle Locking Screw Fixation 3Di variable angle locking screws feature a 30 conical range of angulation, addressing variations in patient anatomy and unique intraoperative challenges. Technology
4 Patient-Specific Screw Options Plates accept 4.5 and 5.5mm variable angle locking and non-locking screws, allowing for customized, patient-specific screw configurations. System includes DARCO Headed Cannulated Screws to facilitate lag screw techniques adjacent to the plate and screw construct. 4.5mm Non-Locking 5.5mm Non-Locking The Universal Anterior Plate accepts 3.5mm locking and non-locking (low-profile) screws in the distal talar holes. 4.5mm Locking 5.5mm Locking 3.5mm Locking 3.5mm Non-Locking 6.5mm DARCO Headed Anatomical Plate Designs Pre-contoured plate designs closely match the curvature of the anatomy, minimizing the need for additional plate contouring.
