Once complete, please or text your consultant to inform them of your status. Step 1. Log into Ebenefits - a. If you do not have an Ebenfits account, you can resister. Please follow instructions.

17 Step 21. Claim/Edit a New Disability a. Input Clear and Unmistakable Error In the empty field. Even if it does not come up in the search, save as is, it will be added in the next step. b. Click Save & Continue c.
