I have a large experience in thickness measurements and close-up survey of all kind of ships placed in dry dock or offshore. For all my checking s I prepare the calibration of my devices (00 angle probe (used for checking of thickness measurements, corrosions and laminated areas of plates); 45, 60, 700 angle beam probes (used for full penetration butt and fillet welding joints examination); DAC method for dimensional evaluation) and I issue examination reports. I am authorize with following registers: LR(Lloyd Register);ABS(American Bureau of Shipping);GL(Germanischer Lloyd);DNV(Det Norske Veritas);BV(Bureau Veritas);NKK(Nippon Kaiji Kyokai);ANR(Romanian Naval Association).Also I have experience working in H2S environment as multi-discipline NDT technician. I choose the applicable NDT technique for internal and external inspections of crude oil separators, dehydrators, flow lines, process pipe work and storage tanks. Carried out field inspections and prepared the required reports. Interpret and evaluate test results as per acceptance criteria and suggest the required repairs in the report recommendations.
