4 Projekt PROJEKT je vremenski ograničen i ciljno usmjeren proces, kojim se postižu strateški, razvojni, poslovni i drugi ciljevi! PROJEKT je nastojanje ljudi koji žele ostvariti nešto novo, a za to moraju izvesti jednokratni i vremenski ograničen proces! PROJEKT je proces vremenski ograničenog korištenja različitih resursa za postizanje projektnih ciljeva! PROJEKT se razlikuje od kontinuiranog procesa kojim se ostvaruje stalno isto. Projekt je proces, kojim se ostvaruje uvijek nešto novo. o o o PROJEKT je prilika, da se podižeš iznad prosjeka. PROJEKT je sredstvo za postizanje promjena. PROJEKT je proces stvaranja, pa je i proces poticanja stvaranja. 4

9 Dobro definirani ciljevi projekta! ŽIVOTNI CIKAO PROJEKTA PRIPREMA (POKRETANJE) PROJEKTA IZVEDBA PROJEKTA EKSPLOATACIJA PROJEKTA Ciljevi u fazi izvođenja projekta? Ciljevi u fazi eksploatacije projekta? OBJEKTNI CILJEVI NAMJENSKI CILJEVI 9
10 Objektni konačni cilj (c o ) znači realizaciju objekta projekta. Objekt projekta uvjetuje postizanje namjene, a određivanje objektnog konačnog cilja usko je povezano s oblikovanjem namjenskog konačnog cilja. Namjenski konačni cilj (c n ) vrlo je širok pojam i zavisi ne samo od postavljanja ulazne strategije projekta, nego i od same naravi projekta. To je onaj zaključni dio projekta, kojeg određuje naručitelj, a za njega predstavlja i željeni konačni rezultat, koji proizlazi iz strategije. Namjenski ciljevi obuhvaćaju i planirane učinke projekta, koje neke od njih ostvarujemo već tijekom izvođenja projekta, a uglavnom se postižu po završetku projekta u njegovoj eksploataciji. 10
11 Ciljevi projekta trebaju biti SMART: S M A R T Specific (interpretira se i kao significant, simple i slično) Measurable (interpretira se i kao meaningful, motivational, manageable, i slično) Ambitious (interpretira se i kao attainable, achievable, appropriate, i slično) Realistic (interpretira se i kao results-focused, results-oriented, rewarding i slično) Time-based (interpretira se i kao time-bound, timely, time-specific, trackable, tangible i slično) 11
