There was no awareness of physiotherapy in entire Tumkur District as well as Shridevi hospital & Medical research center, which is a leading hospital in Tumkur Dist. There was not even a good Dept. of physiotherapy in that hospital. 1) Once I took a charge of HOD in that Dept. I could achieve my target of creating well awareness of physiotherapy in that particular society by providing efficient physiotherapy treatment for various challenging conditions of physiotherapy. This Dept. now has got more than ten physiotherapists with having sufficient workload. 2) At the college of physiotherapy of the same organization in the beginning I am the only one qualified physiotherapy teacher could able to teach as well as concentrating on

4 administrative activities of the college to brought up the standard of the physiotherapy education up to the satisfaction of students, parents & management. Now this college is the No one physiotherapy in Tumkur Dist. Which is my second institution where I put sincere effort to bring up the standard of the institution from the base line up to the level of securing first three ranks in the university of MUHS Nashik. Social skills I have been exposed to all the states of south India at each and every stage of my professional carrier that is Tamilnadu, Andhrapradesh, Karnataka & Kerala, on the way now I am in Maharashtra. The public relations during my past as well as at present is quiet satisfied.
