Program Outcomes (PO): PO 01: Pharmacy Knowledge: Possess knowledge and comprehension of the core and basic knowledge associated with the profession of pharmacy, including biomedical sciences; pharmaceutical sciences; behavioral, social, and administrative pharmacy sciences; and manufacturing practices. Une 5.2.Course Description: States, articulates and illustrates the scope of lessons covered in the of course. Pathophysiology is a conversion of pathology and physiology. Pathology is a medical discipline that describes conditions typically observed during diseases where as physiology is the biological discipline that describes processes or mechanisms operating within an organism. It describes abnormal or undesired conditions of diseases. It also considers functional changes associated with or resulting from disease or injury Course Objectives: To impart a thorough knowledge of pathological aspects of various conditions To generate the ability to describe etiology and pathogenesis of important disease states

4 To develop ability of naming the science and symptoms of disease.
