1 HOLY NAME OF JESUS SCHOOL STRATEGIC PLAN (OBJECTIVE 1) HNOJ will present opportunities to nurture the growth of Catholic identity and faith. (STRATEGY 1) Explore additional opportunities for on-going faith formation for faculty and staff. (Action Step 1) Utilize current Faith Formation Committee to explore opportunities for staff to participate in faith-centered in-services. Parish and /Faith Formation Committee (Action Step 2) Explore opportunities to utilize on-campus facility for retreats Parish and /Faith Formation Committee (Strategy 2) Implement a process that encourages clergy presence within the school classrooms. (Action Step 1) Provide clergy curriculum outcomes for the school year (Action Step 2) Identify opportunities for clergy to participate in classroom lessons (Action Step 3) Include clergy in school planning and activities in order to determine the best times for participation /Parish / Staff/Faith Formation Committee (Strategy 3) Ensure the mission and philosophy are a priority in all areas of the school and parish when making decisions.
