Dear colleagues! You are kindly welcome to VII Congress of Cardiologists, Cardiac Surgeons and Vascular Surgeons due to be held in Minsk on December 15-16, 2016.

You are kindly welcome to VII Congress of Cardiologists, Cardiac Surgeons and Vascular Surgeons due to be held in Minsk on December 15-16, The event will traditionally gather specialists who take interest in the issues of cardiovascular diseases, as well as researchers, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons and allied healthcare professionals. It is an excellent opportunity to discuss the issues concerning pathogenesis, treatment and prevention of CVDs from different perspectives. High cardiovascular mortality rates are a challenge for global health. Today developments in preventions and treatment of CVDs allow for a significant improvement of mortality rates due to these reasons. Prevention and management of cardiovascular diseases should be the top priority in State policy in the field of public health as well as national security issue. Today s cardiology represents a fast changing and developing field of medicine using both invasive and noninvasive methods of investigation. Success as seen in the field of genetics and genetic engineering offers opportunities to improve prevention and management of cardiovascular diseases. Agenda of the Congress is dedicated to a number of topical issues including current trends in management and prevention of cardiovascular diseases, advanced technologies used in cardiology to improve healthcare services for population. Congress schedule includes modern medicinal product exhibition, novel IT solutions, homemade and foreign medical devices and specialized publication goods. Experts from different countries will speak on a broad variety of topics including diagnosis, management and prevention of circulatory system disorders. Satellite symposia will be organized supported by home and foreign companies, and reports of healthcare specialists will be presented as part of additional sessions and workshops. We are sure that with your kind participation our event will be a success and contribute greatly to the development of cardiology and cardiological care. Increased incidence of CVDs is observed worldwide and becoming epidemic. As for our country, we aspire to improve healthcare adopting experience of the USA and European countries. Much remains to be done in terms of improvement and development healthcare that would meet all the requirements. But despite all these challenges, I believe medicine, especially cardiology of our country will prosper and continue struggling for longevity. Abstracts should be formatted given the following: 1. Abstracts are presented electronically using the Form specified below the page. Abstracts sent by regular mail or fax are NOT ACCEPTED! 2. Abstract size - not more than 2000 characters. 3. Abstracts should include the following sections: - Background/Introduction (optional), - Materials and methods, - Study results, - Conclusions. 4. Only standard abbreviations should be used. Abbreviations should not be used in the title. A full term that has an abbreviation should be preceded by the first use of this abbreviation in the text. 5. There must be no tables, illustrations/figures and graphic charts in the text. 6. Abstracts should be submitted in Russian and English. 7. Abstracts previously published are not accepted. All abstracts will be peer-reviewed. The Steering Committee reserves the right to reject the publication of materials without giving reasons. The Steering Committee bears no responsibility for the contents and presentation style of the abstracts! Abstracts will not be literary reviewed. They will be published in the original.
