State EHDI Coordinators, Audiologists, Physicians, Parents, Early Intervention Specialists, Advocates, and Representatives from the major organizations working in Early Hearing Detection and Intervention. Room reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Please ask for a room in the EHDI conference block. 5 Shipping Information: All shipments need to arrive at the hotel no sooner than Friday, March 23, There is a $10 per package/day storage fee for items stored longer than five days before the event. 8 EXHIBITOR BREAKOUT REGISTRATION The conference will have break-out sessions reserved for exhibitor presentations. They will be listed in the conference materials. The purpose of the presentations is to explain the capabilities and applications of your product(s) for improving some aspect of EHDI programs. You should focus on the issues that may not be well understood by many participants at the meeting. If you are interested in securing an exhibitor breakout session, we need a title for the session, contact information, and a word abstract describing the presentation by February 15, Please the abstract to EHDI@infanthearing.org.
