1 PROMOTION RULES Cadeau Surprise 2017 Calendar 1. ELIGIBILITY Only persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older may participate in the Cadeau Surprise 2017 Calendar promotion (hereafter referred to as the Promotion ), provided they are Espacejeux.com customers, residents of Québec and not registered in an Espacejeux.com, Québec gaming hall or casino self-exclusion program, and have validated their identity in one of two possible ways. Employees of the Société des casinos du Québec inc. (hereafter referred to as the SCQ ) or of Loto-Québec s Présidence des opérations loteries (POL) are not eligible for the Promotion. 2. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION The Promotion will be held from 3:00:00 a.m. on December 1, 2017, to 2:59:59 a.m. on January 1, HOW TO PARTICIPATE 3.1 Starting on December 1, 2017, persons eligible for the Promotion may participate free of charge by registering during the Promotion period and entering the daily promo code 1 in their Espacejeux account, as indicated in Appendix 1 of the rules herein. Each eligible person may register only once (1) per Promotion day. 3.2 Once duly registered, eligible persons will automatically receive one (1) entry for the Promotion day underway, provided they conduct a transaction using real money on Espacejeux.com during that same day. 3.3 The entry received will only be valid for the Promotion day underway, as indicated in Appendix 1. Each Promotion day starts at 3:00 a.m. and ends at 2:59 a.m. the following day. 3.4 Only one entry per eligible person will be allowed per Promotion day (maximum of thirty-one (31) entries per eligible person for the entire Promotion period). 1 To enter the promo code, first click on My Account, located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, then on My Promotions in the menu at the left.

DRAWS AND DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES 4.1 Promotion draws will be conducted using Loto-Québec s computer system at SCQ headquarters in Montréal on the dates indicated in Appendix 1 of the rules herein in order to electronically select one (1) Promotion winner per Promotion day. 4.2 Each draw will be conducted among all entries duly registered during each Promotion day according to the terms and conditions indicated in the rules herein, including Appendix 1. Each draw will be supervised by a Marketing Department representative and performed by the SCQ employee on duty who will activate the draw system. The Marketing Department representative will check that each entry drawn is valid and compliant with the rules herein. IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRY DRAWN IS DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT: 4.3 In the event that the entry drawn is deemed valid and compliant with the rules herein, the winner will receive the prize in the relevant category for that Promotion day, as indicated in Appendix 1 of the rules herein. IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRY DRAWN IS DEEMED INVALID OR NON- COMPLIANT: 4.4 In the event the entry drawn is deemed invalid or non-compliant with the rules herein, another entry will be drawn at random. Such draws will take place until an entry is found to be valid and compliant, in which case the terms described in Section 4.3 IN THE EVENT THE ENTRY DRAWN IS DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT above will apply. 5. PRIZE REMITTANCE An SCQ staff member will the winners designated in accordance with Section 4 of the rules herein to confirm the win and provide details on the choice of prizes available in the relevant category and terms for claiming the prize. The winner will then be required to reply to the SCQ s initial by January 31, 2018, to confirm their choice of prize in the relevant category. Winners who do not confirm acceptance by the prescribed deadline will not be entitled to the prize or any compensation of any kind whatsoever. The SCQ, via its prize supplier, may require the winner to show a valid form of government-issued photo ID before remitting the prize. The winner will be entitled to the prize once their identity has been checked and confirmed and they have complied with the rules herein. The selected prize will be shipped within one (1) to six (6) weeks by regular mail for categories 1 and 2, and by registered mail for categories 3 and 4. In all cases, prizes will be shipped to the active address indicated in the winner s Espacejeux

The winner will therefore be responsible for ensuring that the address indicated in their Espacejeux account is correct as of January 31, The SCQ declines responsibility in the event that a prize is delivered to the wrong address. 6. NAMES, ADDRESSES AND PHOTOGRAPHS The name, address, photograph or video of the winners, and any other information voluntarily provided, may be used by Loto-Québec and its subsidiaries not only for the draws described in the rules herein, but also for advertising purposes, particularly on the Internet (including in social media). Winners must waive all rights to compensation related to broadcasting, printed material and advertising. 7. OTHER RESTRICTIONS 7.1 A winner may not receive more than one prize during the entire Promotion period. 7.2 All prizes must be accepted as is and may not be redeemed for cash, exchanged or transferred. 7.3 The SCQ reserves the right to replace a prize, in whole or in part, with another of equal value. 7.4 The SCQ reserves the right to cancel or delay the Promotion, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever or due to an act of God or force majeure. 7.5 The SCQ declines all responsibility toward any person should the Promotion be delayed, cancelled or amended, or in the event of computer equipment breakdown or malfunction. 7.6 The SCQ may also amend the rules herein at any time, in which case revised rules will be made available to the public. 7.7 The SCQ declines all responsibility towards any person who may not have received one or more electronic entries or a chance to participate in the Promotion. 7.8 The SCQ declines all responsibility in the event of any situation, incident or other occurrence that may prevent a person from meeting participation deadlines or confirming their choice of prize within prescribed deadlines. 7.9 A winner who is registered in an Espacejeux.com, Québec gaming hall or casino self-exclusion program at the time a prize is claimed will not be entitled to receive said prize.

4 Promotion Rules 4 8. DISPUTES Eligible persons agree to comply with the rules described herein as well as all other applicable rules and conditions indicated on Espacejeux.com. Any dispute relating to this Promotion, whether regarding conduct and/or award of any prizes, will be settled according to the rules herein and the Sales promotion games By-law (R.S.Q., c. S 13.1, r. 4). 9. AVAILABILITY OF RULES This Promotion is subject to detailed rules, which are available upon request by calling Appendix 1 forms an integral part of the rules herein.
