2 #1 MIND A Maximized Mind encompasses areas such as time and stress management, improving your relationships with others, and making sure that you get adequate amounts of sleep. Working on all of these area s help to improve a negative attitude and help your overall peace and well-being from within yourself. The right, renewed mindset about life and health are necessary in order to commit to following any lifestyle plan. Your WHY is more important than the HOW Knowing where real health comes from Health affects your ability to fulfill your calling Almost all disease is completely preventable. Your health is your responsibility Not the doctor, the insurance company, or the health care system. Stress has major affects on your health You need to have a plan to manage it Spiritual health relates directly to physical health Issues of INNER healing can block or release PHYSICAL healing To be successful at anything you need to have written goals. Healthy relationships are vital to health. 3 Levels needed: Who mentors you? Who are your peers? Who do you mentor?
3 #2 NERVE SUPPLY Nerve supply is the life supply to all cells, organs, and systems in the body and so is responsible for all function and healing. Improper spinal alignment is common and likely to happen due to the amount of physical, emotional, and chemical stress you apply to your body every day so must be addressed as the foundational part of living at your health potential. Your nervous system is responsible for all function and healing in your body God designed your spine to support your body and protect your spinal cord. It must be in a correct and specific alignment for your body to function and heal normally Subluxation is a disease of the spine that puts pressure on the nerves and disrupts the signal running to the organs. 4 #3 NUTRITION What you put into your body affects how you feel each and every day. Food is the fuel that your body needs to continue to power and heal itself on a daily basis. Diets that are high in carbohydrates, have ph or omega-3 imbalances or are nutrient deficient, have negative effects not only on your body, but can create a lot of symptoms such as depression, brain fog, stress and fatigue. Diets are not the answer and will ultimately fail A permanent lifestyle change is needed Learn the difference between foods by God and foods by man. The big FAT myth: eating fat makes you fat Eating good fats actually makes you burn fat. Change your meats. You are what you eat, what they ate. Know what to eat organic. It s O.K. to eat a vacation meal once a week.
5 Exercise allows your body to take in higher levels of oxygen and creates lean muscle that keeps both your body and mind healthy.
