The Sports Hall is often available for extraordinary assemblies DoLs must ensure that admin know which assembly signs to put up each morning as students will always go directly to the hall for assemblies. Staff Attendance: DoLs, SPOs, Form Tutors, support staff attached to individual students, part time staff attached to year groups and the hip Team Link should attend all Year Group and Key Stage Assemblies and sit with their form group in the nominated seats. Staff will have laptops and should be able to register students in the hall. Heads of House, relevant house form tutors and all available staff in the relevant house should attend house assemblies.
