PILATES & CLASSES Pilates can make a real difference to your health without straining your body. Using proper breathing, spinal and pelvic alignment and smooth flowing movements you will learn how to control your body. You will develop a strong core, enhance muscles, improve flexibility and improve performance. You will condition your whole body leaving no joint or muscle group out. Your entire musculature will become evenly balanced and conditioned, helping you enjoy daily activities and sports with greater ease, better performance and less chance of injury. Many of the exercises are performed in reclining or sitting positions, most are low impact and are used in physical therapy to rehabilitate injuries whilst at the same time being challenging for different abilities. The great thing about pilates is that everyone can progress at their own pace as there are many modifications of exercises so that you get the best workout that suits you, allowing you to increase the intensity as your body conditioning improves. TRAINING All training sessions take place in our Private Studio. Here you have access to the very latest equipment that will be utilised in a way to maximise your results in minimal time. All sessions are individually planned to meet your needs and goals. We take in consideration your exercise history and fitness and health requirements and needs to ensure that you get the most out of each session. All packages include full assessments of posture and analysis of movement along with nutritional analysis and dietary advice from an AFN Certified qualified Nutritionist. We will also regularly analyse and check your body statistics which include measuring weight, body fat and body part measurements. Photos are also an excellent tool to track your progress and help you to see how your body shape has changed. Using these types of analysis we can accurately track your progress and see just how far you have come. These will be revisited at regular intervals to enhance motivation and give you the opportunity to boast to your friends how your hard work and determination has paid off and make them jealous.
