That approval is given. 3.00PM MR HAINES VACATES THE CHAIR MR CROSTHWAITE CHAIRS THE MEETING 3. City of Newcastle RSL sub-branch Seeking approval for the City of Newcastle RSL sub-branch to expend $22,000.00 to fund a trip to Canberra in October 2010 conducted by The Kings of Newcastle Coach Service. 1. That Approval is given on the understanding that this is to be a once only expenditure. 2. That all donations should be made on the understanding that sub-branch trustees are satisfied that the donations are made in the knowledge that the recipient(s) / organisation carry on work in support of those who have served and their dependants and should not exceed the Constitutional limitations as specified in sub-clause 50.22 and 50.22a. 3. That the City of Newcastle RSL sub-branch submit to State Branch an annual Budget and Donation Plan for consideration at the February State Council.
