Come together with other survivors and develop the tools to find your new normal mind, body, and spirit. Co-facilitated by oncology social worker Debbie Mattison, LMSW (Cancer Support Community) and professional trainer Davy Darnton (Move Wellness), each week includes group exercise, supportive discussion, and education on topics including nutrition, body image, relationships, health maintenance, and more.
