1 Tec Laboratories Inc. Logo Usage and Guidelines. All logos represented in this document are owned by Tec Laboratories, Inc. The logos, registered trademarks and tag lines represented in this document should not be used without approval from Tec Laboratories Inc. Retailers, distributors and other customers who purchase inventory from Tec Laboratories may use the logos, trademarks and tag lines in accordance with the guidelines outlined in this document when promoting or marketing products manufactured and/or distributed by Tec Laboratories without prior written consent. 2 Tec Labs Logo: Used when promoting Tec Labs as a company, and in conjunction with any brands owned or promoted by Tec Labs. Guidelines: The Tec Labs corporate logo should be shown in red with the registered trademark symbol included. Pantone 485 R=226, G=35 B=26 Exceptions can be made when using the logo on a red background. The Tec Labs logo can then be represented as entirely white or black. No other colors should be used to represent the Tec Labs logo. A quarter inch quiet zone should be placed around the logo.

3 Tecnu Logo: Used when promoting the Tecnu brand as a whole. Guidelines: The Tecnu logo includes a colorless cross inside the n. When placed on a colored background, the cross should be the same color as the background. tec should be rich black nu is red - Pantone 485 R=226, G=35 B=26 Exceptions can be made when using Tecnu on a red or black background. Tecnu can then be represented as entirely white or black. No other colors should be used to represent the Tecnu logo. A quarter inch quiet zone should be placed around the logo. Tecnu should always include the registered trademark symbol. Tecnu should always include the tag line OUTDOOR SOLUTIONS SINCE 1962 TM in rich black unless the statement will be so small as it would not be legible (smaller than 6 point font) In those cases Tecnu may be used without the tag line. When the tag line is used in a white logo, it may be white. The tag line should always include the trademark symbol (TM).

6 Product Logos First Aid Gel: The First Aid Gel logo is two toned in Brown: PMS 476 C C=57%, M=80%, Y=100%, K=45% R= 84, G=48 B=26 Web = Green: PMS 364 C C=65%, M=0%, Y=100%, K=42% R= 56, G=124 B=43 Web = 387b2b A quarter inch quiet zone should be placed around the logo. The logo should always include the registered trademark symbol after tecnu. This is the only Tecnu product logo that has not been updated to the outdoor solutions logo. 10 Hour: The 10 Hour Insect Repellent logo is created in Pure Yellow with a black outline. C=0%, M=0%, Y=100%, K=0% R=255, G=241 B=0 Web = FFF100 A quarter inch quiet zone should be placed around the logo. The logo should always include the trademark symbol (TM)

7 Licefreee Logo: Used when promoting the Licefreee brand as a whole. The logo always includes an exclamation point after Licefreee Licefreee! Licefreee can then be represented as entirely white or black. No other colors should be used to represent the Licefreee logo. A quarter inch quiet zone should be placed around the logo. Licefreee should always include the registered trademark symbol. Licefreee should always include the tag line Original Non-toxic in unless the statement will be so small as it would not be legible (smaller than 6 point font). In those cases Licefreee may be used without the tag line. When the tag line is used in a white logo, it may be white.

Licefreee Spray!: An exclamation point and registered trademark symbol should always be included after Spray. Licefreee Everyday! shampoo: Everyday! An exclamation point is always included after Everyday. The registered trademark symbol is placed after Licefreee. Original Non-Toxic Licefreee! Kit: An exclamation point and registered trademark symbol should always be included after Licefreee. The tag line Original Non-toxic should also be included with the logo.

9 Naturally Best - Licefreee Brand: The Naturally best. logo is used in commercials and other marketing materials. The logo includes the tag line Naturally best. TM in red and has been created in English and Spanish. 10 Tag lines associated with Tec Labs brands: The following tag lines are trademarked and used in association with promoting Tec Labs branded products. When using tag lines please make sure the brand logo is also visible in the creative piece at the same time.
