Candidates are evaluated at five transition points using critical assignments in counseling classes, internship placement evaluation, research activity, and comprehensive exam performance. Candidates Professional Characteristics are evaluated at each transition point by program faculty and internship supervisors. Average PCFF scores by student for each transition are reported. A composite PCFF average for all students in each transition is also reported. Page 1

Conclusions drawn from the information summarized above The Counseling Program continues to recruit and graduate a large number of students. Exit scores indicate students graduate with a very high level of proficiency as scholar/practitioners. 3. Curricular changes resulting from conclusions drawn above Key assignments were identified for all classes offered by the Counseling Program. Live Text, a digital portfolio and record keeping system, will be used beginning in Fall Live Text will greatly assist with data collection and reporting. A decision to apply to become a CACREP approved program was made by the department chairs and the Dean of the School of Education. In the future, data collection may change to align with CACREP standards. 4.
