1 Dyn-A-Max Description Dyn-A-Max is a blend of emulsifiers that can be used for all yeast raised goods. Usage Recommended to use in breads, 4-6 oz per 1 lb flour. For rolls and sweet doughs, 6-8 oz per 1 lb flour. Ethoxylated Mono- and Diglycerides is present in this product at 14.1%. FDA allows not more than.5%, based on dry ingredients, in yeast leavened bakery products. Restrictions of its uses in other foods can be found in 21CFR Ingredients Water, Mono- and Diglycerides, Ethoxylated Monoand Diglycerides and 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Polysorbate 6, Preservatives (Phosphoric Acid, Sodium Propionate).
