I love this place!! My wife and I have been patients for about 14 years now and have always had a great experience (to the extent that visiting the dentist can be thought of as such) with your cheerful employees and great service. Our children now regularly see Dr. Ouellette as well. Dr. Oullette is a very professional and knowledgeable dentist. He has always been very good at explaining what is going on, what your options are, and how things will proceed. He also has an amazing ability to hire excellent assistants and support staff. They are and always have been very friendly and professional. Our family knows that our dental care is in the best of hands with Dr. Ouellette. I would recommend him to anyone. I have gone to Dr. Ouellette for many years, and have always received excellent care. The staff are all friendly and competent, and the cost is very reasonable. Always love my visits and talking with Misty. The office is super friendly and the care excellent. Thank you. Never had a bad experience at Dr Oulette's. Everyone is SO very nice! I found Dr. Ouellette through a co-workers recommendation about 10 years ago after moving to Denver and finding the wrong dentist who wanted to charge me several thousand dollars for unnecessary work. I trust Dr. Ouellette after having such a bad experience and have been going to him since. The entire office from staff to hygienist are always friendly and make you feel comfortable. My first visit with Misty for a routine cleaning. She is very knowlegable and has a gentle, delicate style to her work, yet very thorough. It was an enjoyable experience... Great Staff, never have had a problem with billing/insurance, convenient location and I Dr. Ouellette is extremely thorough in the checkups. I highly recommend! Did just fine today. Katrina Baker 9/18/ The best dentist in Denver! I've been a patient in this office for about 30 years with no plans to change, ever. Always premier service from the entire professional staff. As always Dr. Ouellette and his staff were wonderful. They were on time, friendly and got me in and out with a smile, well half a smile because of the novocaine. No waiting. Everyone seemed happy to see me and eager to make me comfortable. My problem was solved so I left happy. Great employees, who are also very skilled in dental hygiene makes for a excellent experience. Some people dread going to the dentist, but my experience with Dr. Ouellette actually has me looking forward to my dental visits! Misty is an extraordinary hygienist who is so because she aspires to be extraoprdinary among hygienists. The office has a superb culture inspired the values and behaviors Dr. Ouellette! Misty is the greatest hygenist. She is such a great person. She does a great job of cleaning and polishing my teeth and we have a great conversation while she is doing it. Dr. Tom is always very upbeat and makes me feel like he really cares about my overal dental health. I waited less than 5 minutes in the office before they called me back for my 7am appt. I was out the door 750am and had told them I needed to leave 8am for work. Misty did my cleaning, as usual, and she is excellent - efficient and puts you at ease. Dr. O is a great dentist and I'm perfectly happy with him. Office staff is very nice and always helpful. They validate your parking, which is very easy. Location very convenient in the middle of downtown. No complaints at all! Always on-time, friendly and efficient. They make it easy to care for your teeth. I am always impressed the professionalism of this dentist office. From his receptionist, to the hygenist, to Dr. Ouellette!! All treat me with respect and friendship. She taught me a lot of new things about flossing and taking care of my teeth--and is such a nice person. The receptionist was so cordial, too. What a wonderful practice! Thank you! My appointment, though not an emergency, for a lost filling from a broken tooth, was fast, pleasant and painless! Even with my long "open mouth" and teeth clenching times, for the preparation and fitting of a temporary cap, I had no real discomfort which speaks well for a patient-sensitive dentist. Having been a patient of Dr. Ouelette's for many years, it continues to be always a pleasant, friendly, efficient experience. He and his staff are great! From reception to the final check out process everyone was friendly and helpful at Dr. Ouellette's office which took some of the stress out of a visit to the dentist's office. Dr. Ouellette and my hygienist took the time to explain the process and procedures fully and any unique situations present to my oral health. I felt comfortable to ask questions and the answers were conveyed in a manner that was easily understood and allowed me to make the best decisions regarding treatment. Great office, very clean and well organized. They made time for me on an emergency basis, treated me with kindness and tenderness, calmed my fears, presented realistic options without sensationalism and performed what we hope is the proper treatment and solution. A professional and personable office, from the dentist to the assistants and the office personnel. Dr. Ouellette was able to fit me in the next day for a broken crown. One of the best dentists in Denver, with the best support staff! Something I do not look forward to is having my teeth cleaned at the dentist. I have sensitive teeth. But as usual, Misty made my visit a pleasant one and we had a good conversation during the cleaning.
