2 Outline This is an intense course designed for practitioners who want to pack maximum information into 4 days. The course covers all aspects of all-ceramic crowns, veneers and temporaries. Different all-ceramic crown and veneer systems Preparation and cementation techniques Master temporary restorations the key to success The course was introduced in 2014 due to popular demand and is especially suited for: Experienced practising dentists wanting to update their clinical knowledge and skills Dentists that have recently qualified and are looking to plug the gaps between dental school and dental practice and boost their confidence Delegates from abroad and travelling from afar. The course runs over 4 consecutive days, with days split into approximately 40% seminar and 60% hands-on. The course takes place in Dr Mizrahi s State-of-the-Art integrated practice and teaching facility located in Central London. All practical exercises are on Phantom Heads. Delegate numbers are limited to no more than 8 ensuring an intimate and constructive learning environment. For the duration of the course, all teaching, support and mentoring is provided personally by Dr Mizrahi. Upon completing the course, all delegates will become members of Mizrahi Dental Teaching (MDT) Alumni Network. The MDT Alumni Network meets once a year for a topical presentation by Dr Mizrahi followed by socialising and networking events. Relevant articles and lecture notes are distributed prior to the course start date. The course provides 24 hours of verifiable CPD points. Focus will be on learining how to improve and modify the shape of your temporaries to achieve good aesthetic morphology and precise margins Remargination techniques to obtain optimal tissue health and better impressions

7 Notes Each day starts at 9.30am and finishes at 4.30pm Catering: Hot lunch and teas will be provided on all days Lecture notes and reading material are included and will be distributed prior to each day. Course Venue The course sessions are held at Dr Mizrahi s integrated practice and teaching facility at 38 Harmont House 20 Harley Street (entr Queen Anne St) London, W1G 9PJ The practice is located in Harmont House which is on the corner of Harley and Queen Anne Street with the entrance in Queen Anne Street. The closest underground is Oxford Circus or Bond Street. Once in the Harmont House, take the lift to the 4th floor, then exit on 4th floor, turn right, walk through the wooden door and then up two small flights of stairs to 5th floor.

8 Payment Terms & Conditions Cost The cost for the 4 day course is 2,400 + VAT ( 2,880). Group bookings of 2 or more delegates qualify for 10% discount. Deposit To book your place on the course, a non-refundable deposit of 1000 is required. Methods of payment Payment can be made by online banking or by cheque. Booking conditions All bookings are taken on a first come first served basis. Due to limited spaces available on our courses, attendance on all booked days is expected and payments are non-refundable. In the unlikely event of cancellation of a course by us, we will endeavour to inform all delegates two months before the course date. All course fees paid will be reimbursed in full.
