Transmitted herewith is one copy of the 86 th quarter event report which contains: 1. A copy of a Specific Purpose Survey for the site prepared by Paul E. Brewer & Associates, Inc. which shows locations of the monitoring wells, provides coordinate information for the wells and furnishes top-of-casing elevations as of May 30, A Groundwater Monitoring Report. 3. Laboratory analysis results for the groundwater samples. 4. A Summary of Analytes Exceeding Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Groundwater Cleanup Target Levels per Chapter of the Florida Administrative Code. 5. A groundwater elevation map (surficial aquifer). Also attached are laboratory and field Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs) that are compatible with the FDEPs Automated Data Processing Tool (ADaPT) software and the ADaPT error logs. The field sampling and laboratory analysis for the 86 th quarter event were conducted by Terracon Consultants, Inc. on July 20, Sampling and analytical protocols conformed to those presented Terracon Consultants, Inc Omar Road West Palm Beach, Florida P [561] F [561] terracon.com

3 Report of Groundwater Analysis 86 th Quarter Event City of Coral Springs Closed Landfill Coral Springs, Florida August 12, 2016 Terracon Project No. HD in the FDEP Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) DEP-001/01, FS A variable speed peristaltic pump was used to purge each monitoring well at a slow rate until the water level and several field parameters had stabilized. The groundwater samples were then collected with the peristaltic pump. The samples were transferred into laboratory supplied sample containers, placed in an iced filled cooler, and transported to facility in Pompano Beach, Florida for analysis.
