BRYANT: Golder Associates Inc. (Golder) is providing this monthly status report for the environmental assessment and remedial action at the (the Site ) pursuant to the requirements of VCP Agreement No The VCP agreement was executed between the CES Griggs Road PRP Group (the Group ) and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) on June 10, VCP ASSESSMENT ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED IN NOVEMBER 2018 The following activities were completed in November 2018: 1. Conducted weekly Site inspections. 2. Prepared Waste Unit closure report. 3. Collected a soil sample from proposed source of backfill for the soil excavation. Attachment 1 contains the analytical results. Concentrations are below the lowest of the 0.5-acre residential soil protective concentration levels (PCLs). 4. The remediation contractor collected a soil sample from the excavation area for waste characterization. 5. Surveyed the plume management zone for inclusion in the institutional controls. VCP ASSESSMENT ACTIVITIES PLANNED FOR DECEMBER 2018 The following activities are planned for December 2018: 1. Conduct weekly Site inspections. 2. File institutional controls. 3. Prepare waste unit closure report. 4. Notify agency of soil excavation activities.
