At each session you will receive a visa stamp on your passport; collecting all four stamps will make you eligible to enter a draw for exciting prizes. The goal of this workshop is not to provide all the answers. Rather, it is intended as a guide, showing some of the different routes to take on the journey to fitness. It will provide guidance and direction on not only how to achieve an active lifestyle, no matter how old you are or what type of bleeding disorder you have, but also on how to do it safely.
