6 CPD what was offered in 2015 FACE TO FACE WORKSHOPS Private Practice Workshop developed and delivered for Therapy ACT Return to Work A Treatment Modality for Chronic Pain Relationship-based Early Intervention for Young Children with Developmental Delays Over 18 Face to Face Events across NSW & ACT. Of 780 delegates.87 from ACT Introduced the New to Practice Interest Group

7 Representation, Lobbying & Advocacy National Reference Groups National Standards & Professional Proactive Committee National Driving Committee Hand Therapy Committee Paediatric s Group Provide a consistent national approach to support practice member queries. Scope of Practice Framework for OT this will be a Scope of Practice Foundation Document and a more useful Who, What, Where, When and Why document for external stakeholders. Advanced Practice Framework (and method for managing extended scope) Position Paper published, issues paper (what needs fixing in Australia) has been written and circulated for internal use and to guide lobbying One off meeting to be hosted Dec 2016 with Aus Hand Therapy Assoc to scope out member needs in this practice area Guide to Good Practice has been drafted and is going out for limited release to key stakeholders eg Children with Disability Australia, then will go to the Board for endorsement in the first quarter of 2016 NDIS Mental Health Aged Care Primary Health This group been established since late 2014 and meets monthly. Looks at national and local trial state issues affecting the profession, and areas OTA needs to lobby on. This Reference Group has contributed to a 6 Commonwealth Parliamentary and Department submissions this year. 9 Constitution Review Constitutional changes - have your say! Occupational Therapy Australia is currently seeking feedback from its members on proposed changes to the Association's Constitution. Members who would like to contribute feedback are asked to: review the relevant documents on the website (CLICK HERE member login required) after reviewing the above documents at the link above, you will be given a link to the feedback lodgement tool to give your responses to the proposed changes. The closing date for members' feedback is FRIDAY 14 APRIL, 2016.
