2 BOARD CHAIR and CEO STATEMENT RiverValley Behavioral Health is one of 14 community mental health centers in Kentucky. We are proud to serve the Kentucky counties of Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, Union, and Webster. Since 1966, RiverValley has been providing hope to individuals facing tremendous challenges in their lives due to intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance addiction. Our passionate staff provides the coping and or recovery focused services, but most importantly it is our consumers who provide the evidence that one can benefit from behavioral health services.
