2 A Year for Change Sigma Alpha Epsilon has been a staple on this campus for years With longevity, comes ups and downs Success should not mean the end of the road, but to keep moving forward. This officer group saw an opportunity to build off our foundation and to avoid complacency

6 SAE Faculty Advisor Recently found agreement with Linus Nyiwul A year long process, but he is excited about the role. Goals of new Faculty advisor We would include him/her in our brothers meetings and our neighbor outreach programs. We would have him/her directly involved with our scholarship chairman to develop his programs. Officers: Meet with him/her on an informal basis roughly 3-4 times / semester

10 Officer Training Had our first chapter officer lock-in this past Winter leading into Spring 2017 Annual Officer workshops with Regional Director John Kovalan from National Headquarters every Spring 2017 (March 28-30) Had him go over our Campus Evaluation with our executive board

12 Chapter Officer Trainings Attend Convention, Ritual Institute, EA Convention Transition workshops available online through TGE Officers are required to take seminars on National Site prior to assuming the role in their term

13 Training with Alumni Reviews are conducted with our Alumni Board Alcohol Sexual harassment Diversity Risk management reviews Board of Directors is the only Board in the entire country where every Board member has taken and passed the Risk Management Seminar required by National to receive discount on insurance premium All that the alumni learn is communicated with their corresponding chapter officer

20 Hazing Prevention Program We Stand Together Module that focuses on hazing prevention Provided by our national website to couple with our 96 Hour Protocol Workshop is held with all new members teaching the modules with the New Member Educator

21 Second Year in a row that we have re-implemented our ritual initiation 100% by all active brothers in the past two years Alumni have come back to facilitate transition Re-implementation of Chaplain (Chapter Ritualist) Have worked with Province Archon Ron Bell to further introduce ritual principles into our brother meetings Ritual Implementation

31 Paddy Murphy Week Walk-A-Mile in Her Shoes Annual SAE Flag Football Tournament Event Newly Installed Car Bash Event Servo Appreciation Day Proceeds went to Survivor s Inc. Worked with Green Dot and Survivor s Inc., as well as Delta Gamma Raised over $3,500 all together for the whole week
