You are only responsible for the 20% co-pay and annual deductibles required by Medicare. If you have a secondary insurance, they may cover these costs for you, requiring no payment from you at all. Urological Supplies: DO require payment upfront, because we do not accept assignment on these products. We will submit your claim to Medicare on your behalf, and reimbursement will be sent directly to you. Shipping: Standard shipping is free for orders that we accept assignment on.
