3 Skinwell excellent anti- irritant Raw Material: Stem and leaf of Potalaca Olerace Herb. Main Active Ingredients: amino acids, polysaccharides, vitamins, flavones, saponins and alkaloids. It is extracted from stems and leaves cryogenically and kept in Butylene Glycol. Skinwell has similar antiallergic effect as Kava PE and 10% Di-methyl Glycyrrhizic acid. Also it has several functions in improving the sense of skin such as anti-xerosis in winter and scavenging free radicals which Kava PE and Dimethyl Glycyrrhizic acid do not possess.

5 Anti-allergic effect Skinwell contains rich special amino acids with great bio-activity. These amino acids have constrictive effect on vascular smooth muscle and even involve to central and peripheral blood vessels. So Skinwell can relieve skin and eliminate itching. The flavones and alkaloids contained in Skinwell can diminish inflammation and prohibit swelling of skin. EFFECT 1) Skinwell has a similar anti-allergic effect as Kava PE and 10% Dimethyl Glycyrrhizic acid. 2) After using Skinwell on place of swelling, slight pain and itching, the symptoms will be relieved obviously 20 min later. Skinwell can evidently prohibit allergy caused by allergen. But it is not so effective to that of physical source such as allergic skin caused by long-time using hormone and/or seasonal allergy.

6 Anti-dandruff effect Aim: to test the ability of prohibiting scrubs of Skinwell in different concentration. Method: prepare 5%, 10%, 25% and 80% of Skinwell solution mixed with ordinary shampoo and then compare with this ordinary shampoo. Applied respectively on 20 patients and wash their head 30 min later. Observe the occurrence of scrubs during a 5 days period. Determine the effect of Skinwell according to the ability of prohibiting and duration. Results: the results indicate that 5%, 10%, 25% and 80% of Skinwell solution all can prohibit scrubs. The ability to prohibit scrubs increases with the increment of Skinwell concentration. This indicates that Skinwell has evident effect on prohibiting scrubs and can last for a long time. 7 Anti-pruritic effect Aim: to test the anti-itching ability of Skinwell solution. Method: use 40% Butandiol as placebo. Contact their back hands of 10 volunteers with pruritic sources. When itching and slight swelling occurs, apply Skinwell solution and placebo respectively on the place of symptom and carry on blind test. Record the sense of itching every 3 min and last for 60 min. Evaluate the anti-allergic effect of Skinwell according to the ability of relieving itching. 8 Anti-xeransis effect Skinwell contains rich plant polysaccharides and vitamins which have great effect on nourishing and smoothing skin and improving the physiological function of epithelia to be lead to normal. So Skinwell can reduce horniness and skin exfoliation caused by dryness and prevent skin from itching in winter. EFFECT If added with 5%~10% of Skinwell in shampoo or body lotion, it will reduce itching continually for 18~36 hours.

9 Scavenge free radicals The active ingredients flavones and saponins in Skinwell have effect on scavenging free radicals and anti-oxidizing, so it can prevent skin from being aged. EFFECT 20% of free radicals will be got rid of when added with 5% of Skinwell solution.

11 Using consideration Don t be less than 1%, or there will be no effect; It is suggested to be processed below 60 or after the system being cool down because the active ingredients amino acids and vitamins are sensitive to high temperature. Or you must control it within 15 min when it is at 80 ; It should be processed in a condition of PH=4~9; Don t keep it in place of high temperature, the best storage is 10~20.

16 Centrifugal Test Method: to operate Skinwell in a centrifuge at a speed of 4000r/min for 30min; Observation & examination: transparent, no stratification and deposit. Conclusion: Skinwell solution is stable.

17 Long time persistence Method: keep in a condition of 45 for 30 days. Observation & examination: transparent, no stratification and deposit. There is no change of total bacteria account and anti-allergic effect. Conclusion: good persistence

18 Illuminating at room temperature Method: keep under natural sunshine for 30 days. Observation & examination: transparent, no stratification and deposit. There is no change of total bacteria account and anti-allergic effect. Conclusion: Skinwell is stable in natural condition.

19 Safety of Skinwell This product had been used in Britain for 3 years and never been reported about irritation and allergy. The potential toxicity of Skinwell is lower than that of 1,3- Butylene glycol.
