How Much Fluid Can I Have? Cottage Cheese 2, 3oz packages Strawberry Sugar free Gelatin (watch for added phosphorus) 1, 14oz bag Sliced Frozen Unsweetened Strawberries 1 (8oz.) container Whipped Topping Directions Let frozen fruit soften. In a mixing bowl, combine gelatin, cottage cheese, whipped topping, and frozen fruit. Refrigerate until chilled and serve. Sour Candy Grapes Thirst Quencher! Ingredients 1 box 3oz package of Gelatin (watch for phosphorus additives!) 3lb grapes (green grapes work best) 1 cup water *Lemon Juice (optional) Directions 1. Wash grapes under running water (do not dry) 2.
