Abstract The use of growth stimulants in the diet is one of the cases that Today, it is important that feeding broilers that such a way in ration has the economy been and so Problems in the poultry farming will decrease during high rearing. The aim of of this study to infer the time Consumption Pure Raw Fiber in some economic traits( body weight, ) on Ross Broiler Diet 308. This was performed experiment is completely randomized design in four replicates in pen 28 and per pen 20 broiler chicks Ross Broiler Diet 308. Results from this study showed that taking time Consumption Pure Raw Fiber FCR on trait in end of storage ventricular period of significant (P<0/1 ) and Total body weight, Ratio of weight to live weight, femoral ratio to live weight between treatments were not significant (P<0/1 ). T3 (o-v-o) has significant influence on the trait to FCR(P<0/1 ). That which resulted in reduced feed conversion as the best treatment in FCR was found in the whole period. Time consumption on pure synthetic fiber, fat, ventricular weight to live weight significantly that between treatments,t6 (v-v-o), As the best treatment to reduce abdominal fat to live weight has been. 2 126 A.Rashidi. et.al Introduction Pure synthetic fiber is used in poultry feed by the brand of Vitasel, which structure of Vitasel fiber s network in the diet inhibits compaction density of the food mass, which as a result, enzymes work better and more in the digestive system, that ultimately causes more protein digestion and less nitrogen excretion and decreases the ammonia levels of the saloon, on the other hand, each gram of Vitasel absorbs 4-8 grams of water, which this causes wastes to contain less water, leading to reduced moisture content of the litter (2). Generally, concentrate food s Vitasel effect as a non-soluble fiber which contains no mycotoxins, is to increase the digestibility of nutrients, appropriate additive to improve protein digestion and proper metabolism of fats, stimulate the proper functioning of the intestines and prevent digestive disorders, balance gastro-intestinal flora, regulate the amount of water in the intestines and secretion of intestinal enzymes, reduce chicken mortality rate, improve weight gain of chickens, and reduce feed conversion ratio. Studies on the impact of Vitasel and routine procedure of fiber, are done on wet litter of broiler chickens (1). The purpose of this research and study, is to clarify the difference between Vitasel processed fiber (R200) and conventional fiber (corn husk), in aspect of their effects on the quality of the litter. The final results showed that the treated fiber and ordinary fiber had a significant difference in moist litter from the age of 4 weeks to the end of the test. The amount of moisture reduction was significantly affected during the few remaining weeks of growing period, so that birds in this age grew rapidly and consumed more food and water (3). Researches on the response of broiler chickens fed with raw haricot beans meal combined with soybean meal diets (starter phase) showed that raw beans in diets of broiler chickens perpetrated rise of histopathological changes in liver, kidney, and the spleen. It is suggested that raw haricot cannot replace even 5% of haricot beans meal in the broiler starter ration, resulting in raw beans to contain 27.04% crude protein, 8.04% crude fiber, and 2. 94% ether extract. Studies on herbal nonstarch polysaccharides have been conducted in broilers to determine the correct physiology of organs (2). Physical and chemical properties of non-starch polysaccharides in broiler chickens are responsible for antinutritional activities. Especially sticky NSPs of solution reduce the digestibility of protein, starch and fat (3). It is suggested that intestinal microflora can be mediators for anti-nutritional effects of dissolved and sticky NSPs. The final result and decision was that raw ADF, NDF fibers in feed cannot contain NSPs physiological function in broiler chickens. Determining laboratory solubility of NSP and its viscous properties in feed composition can be a major factor for evaluating anti-nutritional substances. (4). The present study is sought to understand the role of the pure synthetic fiber s time on some economic characteristics (body weight, breast weight, thigh weight, abdominal fat weight and feed conversion ratio) in diet of the Ross 308 broiler. Materials and methods The project was conducted in a completely randomized design with 7 treatments at the Rasool Akram research station in applied sciences & technology higher education center located on road Cheshmeh-Ali Damghan, km 10, dependent on comprehensive university of applied sciences & technology and under supervision of ministry of agriculture applied sciences & technology higher education institute. The treatments followed as : (1: From the beginning of the breeding period (starter, grower and finisher) diets without Vitasel and synthetic fiber (0-0-0) 2: Consumption of Vitasel during the starter diet and not using it in grower and finisher rations. (V-0-0) 3: Consumption of Vitasel during the grower diet and not using it in starter and finisher rations (0-V-0) 4: Consumption of Vitasel during the finisher diet and not using it in starter and grower rations (0-0-V) 5: diets containing Vitasel in all three courses (starter, grower and finisher) (V-V-V) 6: Using Vitasel in starter and grower periods and not using it in the final period (V- V-0) 7: Not using Vitasel in the starter period, using it during the grower period, and also using Vitasel in the final period of growth (0-V-V). 4 replications were performed in a total of 28 pens, each pen containing 20 Ross 308 broiler chicks growing in it. Treatments 1 and 5 were considered as proven treatments. x i j = μ + δ j + ei j X ij= Observations related to treatment i and replication r

3 Time Consumption Pure Raw Fiber in Some Economic μ = society average δ j =Treatment effect ei j = Test bias Chickens received starter, grower and finisher diets with regard to the specified composition over 42 days. In [Table 1] Each of starter, grower and finisher diets were prepared with the following values both with and without Vitasel, feed consumption composition is as follows. Starter diet (0-10 days) Meal Amount (Kg) Corn 47.5 Soy 44.9 Fat 2.7 Calcium carbonate 1.9 Vitasel 0.5 Nacl 0.31 Methionine 0.26 Mineral Vitamin Lysine CMP Table 1: The composition of food from 0-42 day Grower diet (0-10 days) Meal Corn Soy Fat Calcium carbonate Vitasel Nacl Methionine Mineral Vitamin Lysine CMP Amount (Kg) Finisher diet (0-10 days) Meal Corn Soy Fat Calcium carbonate Vitasel Nacl Methionine Mineral Vitamin Lysine CMP Amount (Kg) Then the final weighing was performed in forty-two days, and five parameters including total body weight, breast weight, thigh weight, abdominal fat weight and feed conversion ratio was recorded at the end of the period. Results and discussion: In [Table 2] a verage living weight gain, feed intake and feed conversion ratio at finishing period (g) for the following seven treatments is a follows. Table 2: Mean live weight gain, feed intake, and feed conversion ratio at ending period (g) Treatment Weight Consumed feed gain meal conversion ratio b b V b b 0-V a b 0-0-V a a V-V-V a ab V-V b 2558 ab V-V a ab SEM The results of this study showed that treatments effect on feed conversion ratio attribute was significant in the final period (p < 0.1). [Figure 1]: shows that within the increase in feed intake feed conversion ratio will increase as well. The best feed conversion ratio was achieved with o-v-o treatment and the worst was with o-o-v treatment in the whole period, also it was observed that fiber intake in the final period of intake was increased and subsequently feed conversion ratio was increased as well [Figure 1]. Roberfrioud and colleagues (2002) showed that dietary fiber has an effect on

4 128 A.Rashidi. et.al absorption of minerals. Hetland (2001 and 2005) proved that fiber has beneficial effect on digestion of food. Kluth et al. (2009) suggested that adding fiber to the diet is a factor for improving the ability to absorb nutrients. Therefore, the findings of this research has shown that adding fiber to the diet in the final phase is associated with beneficial effects on FCR, which these results match with the results mentioned above. Figure 1: Whole period feed conversion ratio The effect of treatments on abdominal fat weight to living body weight was significant (p < 0.1). As seen in the graph, the least fat stored is related to fiber intake. in the starter and growing periods, in which treatment v-v-o is the best treatment [Figure 2]. The results of this research match with Kluth et al report (2009). Figure 2 : abdominal fat weight to living weight ratio In [Figure 3] the results of this study showed that the weight factor did not vary significantly during all of the treatments, which match with the report of Kluth et al (2009).

6 130 A.Rashidi. et.al Conclusion The overall recommendations of this study : 1- Adding Vitasel synthetic fiber only during the grower period can be considered as the best treatment. 2- Due to poor results, adding fiber is recommended in the final period. 3- In the final period, fiber should be planned with other values. 4- Vitasel fiber amount should be taken up and down in the growing period. 5- Adding fiber in different stages of growth in the diet of laying hens should be tested.
