4 our production plants As far as is concerned, ensuring that the micronutrients it manufactures are of top quality and reducing risks to the environment are an absolute priority. As a result, is researching and analysing the latest state-of-the art processes for manufacturing chelates and other special fertilizers in its own production plants, located in Avila and Albacete (Spain). All products are subjected to the strictest quality controls throughout the development, manufacturing and marketing processes. Periodic tests are conducted throughout the entire product manufacturing process. This ensures that we can guarantee that the end-product is tip-top quality. An example of s comittment to Quality and Environment is the implementation of quality systems. During 2005 the company accomplished the process of implementing an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 standards. This led to the achievement of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004, through the Norwegian entity Det Norske Veritas. Our R+D department employs qualified personnel who are in charge of evaluating and analysing all new products and finding new areas of research which will enable us to develop useful and innovative formulae in the future. Therefore, is one of the few companies in the world which is able to synthesise and manufacture the EDDHA chelating agent. our solutions Because we are aware of the current problems farmers are facing we have a complete, diversified and differentiated catalogue with highquality products and innovative solutions packages for the farmer. We develop specific nutrition schedules for each crop, depending on requirements and local agronomic conditions, observing all good farming practices. 5 CHELATES One of the most outstanding features of s range of chelates is their excellent solubility and the fact that they come in microgranules, thus ensuring uniform composition, particle size, density and colour. On the other hand, the fact that they are highly stable in the soil, provide excellent amount of metal chelated and have optimal trace elements contents ensure that the growers obtain better levels of crop production and quality.
