Place the patient on the surgical support in order to diminish the lumbar lordosis. Inciser l aponeurises dans un côte des épineuses. libérer le ligament supraépineux des épineuses et pencher ver le côte opposé ensemble avec l aponeuroses. Affect the aponeurosis in one side of the spinous processes. Release the supraspinuos ligament and recline it altogether towards the opposite side with the aponeurosis. 7
9 Réséquer le ligament interépineux. S il est nécessaire, régulariser les bords des apophyses interépineuses. Desiccate the interspinous ligament. If it is necessary, regularize the edges of the osseous apophysis interspinous. Mesurer l espace interépineux avec un calibre et choisir l'implant. Measure the interspinous space with a gauge and choose the implant. 8
10 Adapter l implant à l'instrument (porte spacer). Placer l emplant sélectionné entre les epineuses. Adapt the implant to the implant's intruder. Place the implant between the spinous. Pasar lazada de sujeción por el túnel del implante y las espinosas aledañas. Retourner le support chirurgical á la position de lordoses lombaire. Passer le laçage de sujétion par le tunnel de l implant et les epineuses annexes. Place back the surgical support to the normal lumbar lordosis position.
