(iii) The JSSPS is a Society registered under Society registration Act, 1860 and all appointments are on Contractual basis for a period of initial engagement (on probation) for 01 (one) Year and extended further based on individuals performance and requirements of the Sports Academies. (iv) All Appointments/ Positions are for JSSPS (A CCL-State Govt of Jharkhand joint initiative) and governed under the Rules & Regulations of the Society. The selected candidates shall be placed in The Mega Sports Complex, Khelgaon, Hotwar, Ranchi, Jharkhand for providing training/ Services to the Sports Cadets at Grass root level in preparation for various Sporting Disciplines. (v) The decision of Local Management Committee for Selection of Candidates shall be final and binding on all.
