11 Useful Information Before arriving: Please ensure that you do not have any medical condition which may be affected by the treatments offered (list of medical conditions at the Thermes reception desk). The Thermes reserves the right to refuse anyone whose health condition may pose a risk. The spa is reserved for people aged 18 years and over (or 16 years old accompanied by a parent or with written permission, dated and signed by a parent). Any reservation cancellation must be made at least 48 hours beforehand. The CHM Monta Pass is compulsory when entering the spa. The spa may not be held responsible for any loss or theft. You are therefore advised to bring as few valuable personal belongings as possible. Upon arrival: Nudity must be respected throughout the spa. For hygiene reasons, clients must sit on a towel, sarong or something similar in all parts of the spa. It is strongly recommended to bring clean sandals to walk around the treatment areas. Please see the spa s rules and regulations at the entrance of the Thermes. For treatments: You should arrive 15 minutes before the start of your treatment. If you are late, the duration of the treatment will be shortened so that other treatments can begin on time. You will still be required to pay the full amount. The treatment time includes entering the salon, getting undressed, the treatment, getting dressed and leaving. The Well-Being Area: You must take a shower before entering the hammam, jacuzzi or sauna. 15 minutes before closing time, the pool, the sauna and the hammam must be vacated. General terms and conditions: Once you leave the spa, re-entry is not permitted. Animals are not allowed in the spa. If a client s behaviour is deemed harmful to another client or if the peace and quiet of the relaxation area is not respected, we reserve the right to ask the client responsible to leave the premises. Smoking and alcohol are strictly forbidden throughout the spa. In order to ensure safety, smooth running and the comfort of all clients, the spa reserves the right to temporarily restrict access once the maximum capacity of 60 people has been reached. All prices indicated include taxes and may be modified without prior warning. Treatment costs and services are likely to be modified according to our partners' tariffs. 11
