The following evaluation is a Vocal Profile developed from the research tenets of Human BioAcoustics. The software used for this evaluation is available to the public from at no charge. Examining the concept of population control through BioAcoustic Analysis In my opinion, the U.S. is leading the approach to population control from a short- sighted, mechanistic viewpoint; the planet cannot sustain a larger population, so decrease the population. There is a large moral issue created by this mode of thought: Who gets to decide who gets to live? In addition to the obvious ethical questions this would engender, here are several additional thoughts concerning such an approach: 1. Mother Nature usually takes care of overpopulation by finding a way to decrease the figures simply by allowing the principles of physics and natural selection to occur but those who think they need to be in charge of our planet must be assuming that the mind of man is smarter that the evolutionally principles of life and living. 2. There is little effort to use outer- space as room to expand. Our company, Sound Health, has solved the problem of bone density and muscle mass loss that the government continues to use as an excuse to reject space exploration as a viable option. 3. Hydroponics (food produced in/under water) is another solution that is being ignored. The idea of living on/in/under the water is being disregarded as harebrained. 4. Since there is a refusal to look at the alternatives to killing off the useless eaters that leaves us with the revelation that those in charge don t want to entertain solutions. Is it possible that they just want to remove the obstacles that are not in line with their plans; the intelligent obstructionists for instance. Further planned kill- offs could come through control of low income populations via vaccinations, food/water pollution mandates, man- made pandemics, weather management and deliberate exposure to radiation (even to shop at WalMart) that is reported to reduce fertility and immune response. They have certainly managed to keep the middle class in check by taxing us out of the bulk of what we earn, controlling the majority of our activities through fines, taxes and penalties; and by killing off our young men (thereby reducing any new potential for recovery). The ways to eliminate what is considered the unproductive consumers seems endless. 5. Like Animal Farm by George Orwell, it is also my opinion, that we are being seen as chattel, as animals who need to produce (pay taxes by our labor) and when we can t produce we become a liability that needs to be discarded. Question: Who is the farmer? 1

Below we examine two well- known population control advocates: David Rockefeller and Bill Gates. Surprisingly, their vocal prints are very similar. David Rockefeller addresses the need for population control at the UN Ambassador s Dinner January 13, Rockefeller s vocal graph indicates that he hasn t decided if he wants to think (yellow columns) about the issue of population control or if he wants to feel (blue columns) about it. What is certain is that his vocal print indicates that he feels he has a solid foundation on which to make his statements. He has ample words (indicated by the note of E) to express his ideas and he has a plan but he does not have any idea about how to make the plan useful or acceptable on a physical basis (lack of G). This is troubling to him but the idea also lacks energy showing that he has no idea as to how to carry- out any potential solution. He can persuade with intellectual justification but lacks the connection between his own logic and emotions. He has learned to compartmentalize well, likely to the detriment of those around him because they may perceive him as dichotomous in his reactions. The other potential is that he is hardened to this fault in himself and may act as if he is absolutely steadfast; which is a ruse. He wants to be seen as stable but the underpinning of his personality is one of vacillation; an actual conflict between what he must be on the surface and what he is actually experiencing internally. His words and his emotions about the words are in conflict; nevertheless, he feels he has every right to take the position that the leaders, not the population of the planet, are facing major devastation if the population is not controlled. There is not a lot of ego involved. There is no balanced expressed in the need to help people; actually that is a major conflict in the chart. The note of E (yellow) and the note of A# (blue) somewhat match in number of hits (112 to 99) but there is no cohesion in the mode of operation that he uses to express these two aspects of his personality. 2

He could be reached emotionally but his logic is dictated from outside sources while his emotions are intrinsic and spiritual. This would be a hard combination for someone who is looked up to for leadership. The internal conflict could lead to depression or a hard- hearted attitude, or both. Aging would somewhat eliminate his second- guessing of himself. So what would he do about population control? He would handle it from command central but would fall apart in the trenches. There is a break in the voice at the note of G expressed as physical usefulness. This disconnection at G separates the rest of the voice. G#, A, A# and B are split at the gut level (- 3) and the spiritual level (0). High notes of E and F indicate lots of verbiage and plans but someone else needs to carry out those real world aspects of those plans. Bill Gates YouTube Bill Gates on population control October 8, I noticed a change in Bill Gates voice after his government anti- trust experience. He went from a person minding his own business, an introvert actually, to minding everyone s business; particularly in the areas of world health. Did he play let s make a deal with the powers that be? His vocal prints about population control (we used five separate 3

perspectives) are similar. Gates is coming at population control from an intellectual, logical perspective. Actually Gates chart is amazingly similar to David Rockefeller s high E and F but Gates does not have the same balance of E and A# that could be seen in the Rockefeller print. In both prints, it is obvious that a conflict exists between intellect and emotions. Usually Gates stays on the intellect side of the chart (C- F, in yellow). Gates has the same separation at the note of G as does Rockefeller; neither man knows how population control is to be carried out. In Gates case, the ego (at 141) will see to it that the plan is carried out even though he has no idea of how to accomplish the actual physical reality of population control. The difference for Gates is a hidden agenda of Ego can be found at the note of C at +1 level; above and separated from the rest of the chart. 4

Gates comments concerning our planetary population can be reduced using vaccinations and better health care are illogical. Better health care would mean a longer and better life. Perhaps vaccinations are being used to cull the weak; since immunizations tend to make the sick, sicker; reduce the number of full term pregnancy and generally wreak havoc on the immune and genetic status (see for further information in support of these facts). Like Rockefeller, Gates uses words to present ideas about population control but either of them have a concept about how this will be carried out. Don t bother attempting to reach Gates, his mind is solidly behind the idea of making people healthy by dismissing those on the planet who are not healthy. Wonder if he thinks all ADHD sufferers (he is reported to be one) should be eliminated. POINT OF INFORMATION: Our Company, Sound Health, developed a software program called PreVac. It is designed to evaluate readiness for vaccinations. We proposed to the Gates Foundation that it would be appropriate to develop a protocol for determining which children would NOT be good candidates for immunization due to readily identifiable risk factors. We received a curt letter back indicating that the Foundation was not interested in any pre- testing to determine vaccination related risk factors. Below: Gates formula for supporting our environment by reducing our population. 5

BELOW ARE THE COMUPTERIZED PRINT- OUTS OF DAVID ROCKEFELLER AND BILL GATES note that many of the sentences are identical. Computer print- out for David Rockefeller David Rockefeller-5 Recording Date: 02/11/2011 Subject/Topic: population control a divisive discussion with moral and religious implications Missing Notes You have no hits for the note(s) of: G. Either you did not take enough samples ( is usually best) or your subject matter did not include thoughts or topics that would involve this/these note(s). See the Note Correlate Chart that appears on the Cover Page for more explanation. Points of Importance, Attention and Consequence You have the ability to use words to persuade the minds of others. If you ever had to lie to see justice done, you would do it but your sense of justice does not always jive with the law. Using vocal expressions to misdirect a query is easy for you. You can use the high or low of your voice to give people direction as to how to treat you. You can convey a great variety of expressions using vocal nuance instead of words. You plan well and want to see to it that your plans are carried out. It is easy for you to see the faults in others but don't always know how to get your point across politely. You expect others to take your suggestions seriously and gracefully. Nice things appeal to you and you are not averse to working hard to obtain them. It is important to you that spirituality be a part of everyday life. You think that feeding the mind is just as important as feeding the body. You are aware of how painful thoughtless words can be. Your highest note deals with expression through words both written and oral. The world of creative selfexpression resides with this note. Your highest note is associated with the expression and integration of appropriate perception and action. The ability to assess a situation quickly resides with this note. Your highest note is associated with the expression of your internal perspective of service to self vs. humanitarian needs. The spirit of your inner core resides with your ability to take quiet time for yourself Sometimes you think you might as well be invisible when you spend your energy to help others because they don t seem to be listening at the moment. You want to do something about the mess the world is in but just don't seem to have the energy. Your leadership ability is hampered by lack of opportunity. You can sometimes do too much for others in the hopes of helping them change. You do for others before you do for yourself. It is a struggle sometimes to decide what you really think and what part belongs to someone else because you are so empathetic. Defining your own ideals and what you want from life is the first step to not following a wrong road. You can see what is the best for others but sometimes ignore what is the best for you. You tend to learn by example Points of Communication, Complications and Complaints 6

You have the ability to convince others with words - spoken and written. You have the ability to use words very creatively. You have the ability to inspire people using stories and demonstrations. You can think well and spontaneously when the need arises. You can change mental direction in a heartbeat. You have the ability to plan for yourself and others. You can easily show others how to put a plan together. You can get satisfaction out of being able to find and correct mistakes. You seek guidance from many sources both inside and outside of yourself. Spirituality in all that you do is important to you. You actively seek to bring spirit into your interactions with others. You like to contemplate an issue before you speak up. You are sometimes reluctant to take the lead. You have good ideas but are sometimes reluctant to speak up. You like the idea of leadership but sometimes take on more than you expected to contribute. Your connection to universal truths can be easily misplaced if you allow others to demand your time. Deciding to put yourself first may require considerable contemplation. Being proactive will lead you where you want to be. You like to see what others think and then add your opinion later. You have the ability to put yourself aside for others and often do. You can be talked out of your own opinions if solid evidence is presented because you are open to new ideas. You can sometimes feel criticism too quickly and too personally because you want to be more aware of your self-issues. You can be very hard on yourself - taking blame or responsibility - that does not really reside with you. You sometimes fail to defend yourself because you don't want to criticize the opinions of others. In your desire to be of value to the growth of others you will learn that doing for others too quickly is not good for them. Points of Cooperation, Learning, Opportunity and Growth You have the ability to perceive what others may be thinking and can use it to your benefit. Your verbal skills make you a good trainer. You have the ability to play word games. You would make a good mediator. You dislike being accused of something you did not do because it hurts your spirit. When you are satisfied with your decision, you no longer need to talk about it. You have the ability to influence others from a spiritual perspective. Getting to the core of what you really believe to be the right way of life is important to you. There are times when you disregard your own needs in order to help others. It is important to you that you make a difference in the lives of others. To help them move toward a more unselfish life. You are a natural teacher by example. You have a patient outlook on life and can work toward a specific goal without regard for your own needs. You are willing to spend a lot of your time making sure that others learn about integrity, wisdom and responsibility. You challenge yourself much more than others challenge you. You love seeing all the pieces fall together to make it all work. You can use words to help others find their path. You can go to a deep internal space using self dialogue. You can talk others into carrying out the details. You can envision an end result but don't want to be required to explain everything in detail. You do for others just because they ask not because they deserve your time. You do for others more quickly than you do for yourself. Helping people grow emotionally is rewarding to you. 7

You are often too busy to think about or plan for the unexpected. Carrying the burden of thinking about it all and doing it all at the same time is heavy. Stress about getting things done can keep you from having the energy to complete the task. Having time for inner thought is important to you. You often put others ahead of yourself. Inner dialogue is important to seeing who you want to be. Calling on the help of spirit can make your life lighter. Doing for others gives you satisfaction. A balance between giving and receiving is not always easy for you. You often give more than you receive in return. Stress can literally take your breath away. You have a tendency to promise more than you have time to deliver. You don't always have the energy to carry-out what you intended to do. You can get excited when you talk about an idea but can easily lose interest if you already know the outcome. You can get involved quickly without knowing all the facts when you perceive an injustice. Those around you attempt to influence you through your emotions. When you think what has happened is unfair, your first thought is to make things right. You do this without thinking about how your actions will be perceived. You plan well but are sometimes short on the follow through because there just doesn't seem to be enough time to get it all done. The cooperation of others is essential to accomplish all that you conceive. You limit yourself with impatience when others get in the way of your plans. Because you are a strong, capable leader you sometimes find it hard to listen, without interruption, to the opinions and ideas of others. Others see you as having leadership potential but they may resent you for the same reason. People don't usually contradict you because your reaction to perceived criticism can be unsettling to others. 8

Pushing others as hard as you push yourself can lead to resentment. You have the ability to step in and take over if a job needs done. Your highest note deals with expression through words both written and oral. The world of creative self-expression resides with this note. Your highest note is associated with the expression and integration of appropriate perception and action. The ability to assess a situation quickly resides with this note. Your highest note is associated with the expression of self power. Your motivation is mostly mental. Ideas come to you in very odd moments when you are distracted by a required task. It would take a lot of planning to get everything done that you want to accomplish. Providing balance between what you want and what you will allow yourself will result in harmony in your life. Those around you will allow you to give too much unless you define your own needs. You tend to do more for others than they do for you. You sometimes depend on others to support your place in the world. You can see how a situation needs to play out but you don't want to seem interfering. You don't always express your sense of confusion to the appropriate person when others attempt to deal with you inappropriately Points of Communication, Complications and Complaints You tend to express your ideas in term of benefits to others. You prefer to have enough time to take pride and pleasure in what you accomplish. You have the ability to work well with others and are often put in a leadership position. You can easily be distracted from carrying out your plans by a more exciting prospect. You don't seem to have enough time and energy to get everything done that you want to accomplish. You would rather people come to you and ask for help instead of assuming you have the time to assist them. Your connection to universal truths can be easily misplaced if you allow others to demand your time. Deciding to put yourself first may require considerable contemplation. Being proactive will lead you where you want to be. You like to see what others think and then add your opinion later. You have the ability to put yourself aside for others and often do. You have a tendency to neglect your spiritual growth by maintaining too heavy a work load. You would like to have more time to spend on spiritual things. You have a hard time prioritizing what you want to do first. Points of Cooperation, Learning, Opportunity and Growth You have a tendency to fight authority particularly when you perceived that others are being threatened. You work hard to see that justice is instilled in those around you. You can become physically weak when people take advantage of you or yours but only after you have taken care of the situation. You love justice and truth and work hard to see that these qualities are upheld. You love a happy ending that includes justice, physical restitution and emotional fulfillment. You love truth and justice and try hard to see that people are compensated for their efforts. You love a happy ending and like to think the world is fair and balanced. Your strong sense of justice needs a cause/outlet. You are more likely to fight for the rights of others than for yourself. 9

Carefully evaluate what people will need to hear when you want to get your point across. You need to have facts to back-up what you present to others as Truth. Words speak louder than actions to you. You can use words to help others find their path. You can go to a deep internal space using self dialogue. You can talk others into carrying out the details. You can envision an end result but don't want to be required to explain everything in detail. Organizing your space in your own way is important to you. You delight in seeing the results of what you have physically accomplished. You enjoy the company of people who are comfortable with the natural environment. You have many physical sides that you present at your whim. You don't mind working to make your environment a place of enjoyment and peace. Working physically toward spiritual balance needs to be a part of your life. What others have is not a concern for you. You may go along with the crowd too easily just because it is convenient. You see what is "right" but don't always know how to make it happen. Having the leader run over others who can't express themselves engages deep emotions for you. You are often too busy to think about or plan for the unexpected. Carrying the burden of thinking about it all and doing it all at the same time is heavy. Stress about getting things done can keep you from having the energy to complete the task. You have a low tolerance for meaningless conversation. You have lots of ideas but prefer to keep them to yourself until you have worked them out completely. Even when you know someone is lying you feel uncomfortable confronting them. You would like the world to be a fair place without the need for arguments. The desire and ability to be a leader is not often recognized until you speak up. You don't always do things because you want to but because it is expected of you. You tend to give too much or too little of yourself. Reciprocal appreciation is important to you. Stress can literally take your breath away. You have a tendency to promise more than you have time to deliver. You don't always have the energy to carry-out what you intended to do. You can get excited when you talk about an idea but can easily lose interest if you already know the outcome.
