25 Outline Motivation Incorporating Word Correlation Knowledge into Topic Modeling Experiments Conclusions 25
26 Conclusions We propose a MRF-LDA model, aiming to incorporate word correlation knowledge to improve topic modeling. The model defines a MRF over the latent topic layer of LDA, to encourage correlated words to be put into the same topic. We evaluate the model on two datasets and corroborate its effectiveness both qualitatively and quantitatively. 26
