2 What is Gestalt? Gestalt is also known as the "Law of Simplicity" which states that every s8mulus is perceived in its most simple form. Importantly, the organised whole is perceived as more than the sum of its parts.

12 Summary & Questions 1. The six major aspects of an FRMS should already be part of a sound SMS. 2. The elements are tied together by the HF s associated within the domains. 3. The successful management of Fatigue is a joint organisation and individual effort Professionalism. 4. HF s link the FRMS domains into a meaningful whole. 5. Looking like an FRMS doesn t make it one!
