It then discusses influential thinkers and ideas in these disciplines, and relates these ideas to the Philippine setting and current global trends. The learners demonstrate an understanding of the emergence of the Social Sciences and the different disciplines. PERFORMANCESTANDARD The learners shall be able to connect the different disciplines of the social sciences that contribute in understanding the human society and social occurrences.
