1 RISHI K. BHALLA, BA, MS, PHD CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY UNIVERSITY OF BRITISH COLUMBIA CURRICULUM VITAE INTRODUCTION I have over ten years of experience working as a clinical neuropsychologist. As part of my PhD requirements I completed a one-year clinical residency in the Neuropsychology Track at the Brown University Clinical Psychology Internship Consortium. I subsequently completed two postdoctoral fellowships (in dementia from Brown University and in geriatric psychiatry from the University of Pittsburgh). I have been working as a neuropsychologist with Vancouver Coastal Health since 2008 and in private practice since I have seen over 500 cases with varying neurological, psychiatric, learning disabilities, and psychovocational presentations. I conduct medical-legal assessments as an expert for both plaintiff and defense firms. I have completed a number of WorkSafe BC psychovocational assessments and am also a neuropsychology assessment provider for WorkSafe BC. I am a neuropsychology consultant for the National Hockey League (Vancouver Canucks) and for the Vancouver Whitecaps. I am a clinical associate professor in the Division of Psychiatry in the Faculty of Medicine at UBC. I am actively involved in the clinical training of psychology residents, medical students and medical residents rotating through Vancouver General Hospital. I regularly present at clinical grand rounds within the department and externally as well as at local and international conferences. I am actively involved in research, publish in peer-reviewed journals and author textbook chapters. I serve as an adhoc reviewer for a number of prestigious journals in psychiatry and neurology.
