6 Perinatal mental health Aim for all women in the South East to have access to specialist perinatal mental health care by 2020/21 Setting up a South East Perinatal Mental Health Steering Group Supporting the development of locality Perinatal Clinical Networks Setting up overarching South East PN CN to look at whole system, including Mother and Baby Unit needs Mapping of baseline activity, provision and plans Whole pathway development Money will be coming down to support

10 Adult mental health Aim to achieve parity of esteem, transforming services in line with the FYFW for MH, and meeting the AWT Constitutional Standards for IAPT and EIP Support to STP process Setting up Adult MH Commissioning Forum first meeting 12/7/16 Hosting IAPT recovery workshop on 14/6/16 and setting up an IAPT Clinical Network Forum to share common challenges, learning and best practice Undertaking joint work with HEE KSS on workforce issues Further work plan to be scoped once vacancy filled
