Department of Orthopaedics Fellowship: Dr. Rahul Bagul, Associate Professor has completed the fellowship program on Orthopaedics Trauma fellowship at Vilavelha Hospital Vitoria, Brazil from 29th January to 26th February. Dr. Vivek Patole, Assistant Professor has completed the fellowship in minimally invasive joint replacement, Dept of Orthopaedics Bruderkrankenhaus St. Josef Hospital from 1st January to 28th February at Paderborn, Germany. 3 Department of Nephrology Dr. Abhishek Goel (3rd year Resident) presented a poster Association between High Sensitivity C Reactive protein and Lipid Profile in Chronic Kidney Disease on 23rd February in International Society of Nephrology frontiers conference held in Tokyo, Japan. This conference had 5000 delegates from all over the world and around 100 abstract were presented, which was also authored by Dr. Tushar Dighe, Dr. Atul Sajgure, Dr. Atul Mulay Dr. Charan Bale, Dr. Ashwini Sharma, Dr. Nilesh Shinde, Dr, Vajed Mogal & Dr. Pratik Shete Department of Community Medicine 1. Prof. Department of Respiratory Medicine Dr. Mahavir Bagrecha, Assistant Professor, attended a three day workshop Symposium called 2nd International Diabetes Summit organized by Chellaram Diabetes Institute from 9th to 11th March at Pune. Department of Radio-diagnosis The MSS MSK USG WORKSHOPS was successfully conducted by the department on 10th and 11th March. This was the first dedicated subspeciality MSK USG workshop by the department which focused on imparting level I training. It was attended by 65 radiologists. The delegates came from all across the Country almost every stated of the Country was represented.
