2 Common FAQ's & Troubleshooting HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO EACH ROUTINE/PRACTICE? You can do the G-Spot Awakening Jade Egg Practice 3-4x per week alone or mix and match it with previous jade egg routines. If you re not able to retain the jade egg inside of your pussy while standing, go back to some of the lying down routines and build up your strength for holding the egg in. End your jade egg routine (or any practice that builds sexual energy) with running your sexual energy through the Microcosmic Orbit a few times and storing the energy in your navel like a pearl ball of light. Having a Savasana for your pussy is good for 5-10 minutes following any jade egg practice to soak up your sexual energy, circulate it and allow your vagina to rest and integrate. Ovarian breathing can be practiced from day one of your cycle (the first day of your period) up until the day right before ovulation. The time between ovulation and the first day of your period is typically 14 days. You can de-armor your vagina (also using the self-pussy massage technique and womb and pussy clearing technique from the previous lessons) whenever needed. I recommend it as a regular weekly practice, especially if you want to achieve g-spot or cervical orgasms or deeper vaginal orgasms.
3 Common FAQ's & Troubleshooting I've never had an internal or g-spot orgasm before. Will these practices help me experience one? If you stay committed to your practices - using the jade egg several times a week, allowing your pussy to rest too (in between sessions and when you exhale during a practice, for example), de-armoring your g- spot and whole vagina, self-pleasuring, turning on your whole body, relaxing/surrendering, awakening your breasts, ovaries, sexual energy and whole body through massage and breath work - then you increase your chances of experiencing internal orgasm, like in your g-spot. There's a lot of tension, shame, trauma, numbness or pain in the g-spot for a lot of women so don't force or rush it. It will happen with time and the g-spot needs full attention, love, trust, surrender and patience to awaken and become orgasmic.
4 Common FAQ's & Troubleshooting I don't have my ovaries anymore, I've experienced illness or struggle with infertility. Should I still practice ovarian breathing? Yes! Even if you no longer have your ovaries or you struggle with fertility, the energetic quality of your ovaries (creative, feminine, radiant) is still present and can be harnessed. You can just imagine that you're tapping into a source of energy that still exists even if organs aren't present. Envisioning the ovarian energy as sparkling light or fiery, passionate energy can be helpful. Whatever helps you connect there deeper.
5 Journal Prompts What is the connection with your g-spot like right now? Do you carry a lot of stress, pain, numbness and tension there? How do you feel about going deeper into your vagina? How about awakening your g-spot? How does your g-spot and pussy feel after doing the de-armoring technique? What comes up for you emotionally? What kind of sounds help you release old emotions, shame, trauma, tension and stuck sexual energy while de-armoring? What does the energy in your ovaries feel like? What do you want to create with this energy? What resistance do you experience when it comes to allowing (key word: allowing) g-spot orgasms to happen?
6 Journal Prompts REMINDER QUESTIONS: If something makes you feel uncomfortable or emotional (whether it's something I say in a video or audio, an emotion that comes up while massaging your breasts or an old repressed memory, etc.) ask yourself these questions: What is this feeling or sensation? (Try to label it if you can, but it's not always necessary) Why is this making me feel uncomfortable/angry/sad, etc.? Where in my body do I feel this reaction? How does my vagina feel during this reaction/response? What does this feeling remind me of? How is this feeling or situation familiar to me?
