2 Date Location Summary Outcome Offender ages Victim age(s) 22/03/2012 West Bowling, Bradford plain clothes police officer observes two males walk around the rear of S31(1) together. upon further investigation officer sees older male urinating against a wall & he then walks out of site & joins the second male. officer approaches & observes younger male on his knees, the older male has his trousers pulled down on his thighs. the younger male is performing oral sex on the male. both are arrested 6. Penalty Notice for Disorder (PND) 60;19 Unknown 23/04/2012 Smith Lane, Bradford at time and date stated security staff at bradford royal infirmary have been observing cctv covering the over flow visitors and staff carpark when they have observed the suspect vehicle parked up and occupants moving about within it. witness has observed female suspect in drivers seat and male suspect in front passenger seat. the female suspect can be seen with her head in the male suspects groin area moving up and down repeatedly and witness believes the male suspect is receiving oral sex from the female suspect. security staff attend the location with a police community support officer (who is passing by) who detains the suspects until vice officers arrive to deal with the incident. 1. Charge/Summons 66;35 Unknown 23/07/2012 Sharlston Common, Wakefield between time and date stated victims are at home address. loud bang at door and S40 answers the door followed by S40 young daughter. upon opening the door S40 sees four naked males on his doorstep laughting. suspects then run from property towards hammer lane. victim trys to find suspects but proves negative. when victim returns home S40( 2) finds comments on facebook from two of the suspects regarding this incident. 3. Adult Caution 18;18;23;19 60;43 01/08/2012 Thornhill Street, Wakefield suspect is reported as being involved in sexual activity in a public place, upon police arrival, suspect is witnessed by police engaging in full sexual intercourse. 6. Penalty Notice for Disorder (PND) 23 Unknown
3 26/08/2012 Stainland Road, Elland between times witnesses are walking there dog along public footpath at side of canal when they see a female performing oral sex on a male at one of the canal locks in full view of the public the males erection is seen in the females mouth. words were exchanged and the male then turned to show his penis to witness and said do you want some of this. male is waggling his penis whilst doing so. the witness starts to call police and the male and female go to the other side of the lock but still in full view and resume oral sex before female gets on top of the male on the floor and they start to have full sex still in front of witness who is walking away whilst calling police. 1. Charge/Summons 28;26 Unknown 16/09/2012 Westgate, Bradford at time and date stated, city centre cctv observe the two suspects at locus engaging in oral sex at the side of the road.this is a busy main road in the centre of bradford with numerous vehicles seen to be passing by whilst this act was being performed. officers attend at the scene and the two suspects were arrested for outraging public decency. 6. Penalty Notice for Disorder (PND) 18;21 Unknown 02/10/2012 Ravensthorpe, Dewsbury at time stated witness seeâ s a male laying on top of a female in a car, car is parked in a public place. witness suspects they are having sex. witness is distressed and contacts police. 10/10/2012 Luddenden Foot, Halifax suspects attend carpark situated at road side and engage in sexual intercourse observed by witness thereby outraging public decency on 8/10/12. on 10/10/12 suspects park in a roadside public car park, female who was in driving seat then removes underwear and male performs oral sex on her observed by witness 16/10/2012 Painthorpe Lane, Wakefield at locus between times stated witnesses drive into car park and witness suspect in the driver seat of parked vehicle and female performing oral sex upon same causing outrage. 19. 4 04/02/2013 North Street, Keighley call from member of the public, stating that two persons are sat on the steps of the library, at keighley, and are performing sex acts on each other. cctv cameras are directed at this area and confirm this to be the case. officers attend and arrest the two persons involved, 1. Charge/Summons 41;38 Unknown 20/05/2013 Paley Road, Bradford police officer is driving towards locus when two females are seen involved in a heated argument with a female (suspect) and male (suspect) â both witnesses tell police that the female has been performing oral sex on male in full view of public. both witnesses are outraged and female suspect is arrested, male suspect makes off during incident. 1. Charge/Summons 31;30 Unknown 25/05/2013 Mixenden, Halifax suspects are homosexual males and have attended at locus to visit a friend. both suspects have been drinking heavily all day and when they are refused entry into their friends flat suspect 1 has given oral sex to suspect 2 in the corridor outside the flat which has been witnessed by the occupant of the flat and his friend who are both inside the flat looking out of the spy hole. 1. Charge/Summons 23;40 Unknown 12/06/2013 Sowerby Bridge, Halifax male and female in public park on park bench. female is witessed to perform oral sex on male despite being in full public view. 31/07/2013 The Headrow, Leeds at time/date/location subjects are witnessed to be engaging in a sexual act in a public place. the matter is reported to the police who attend and discover the subjects still in the act. both are arrested for said offence. 19. Charge/Summons 20;22 Unknown 13/08/2013 Call Lane, Leeds males whilst at urinals in public toilet in shopping centre beginning touchiing each other about the genitals, centre security whilst conducting regular check of urinals find males engaged in this activity 3. 5 28/09/2013 West Bowling, Bradford at time and date stated, complainant is stood at bus stop waiting for bus when S40(2 is approached by two suspects, ) suspects expose their penises and say to complainant â you wanna shag S40, suspects then ask complainant for a cigarette which S40(2 hands over in order to make the ) suspects go away, suspects then walk away. 28/11/2013 Call Lane, Leeds the witness is a S40 working from the corn exchange, leeds city centre. between times stated the 2 defendants meet up in the male toilets in the corn exchange which are located on the ground floor and they both stand by the male urinals with their penisâ s out and they both begin touching each others penisâ s and masturbating one another. the witness then enterers the male toilets and S40 then finds the defendants stood face to face by the male urinals touching each others penisâ s and masturbating each other, both the defendants then begin whispering to each other and begin to laugh to themselves. upon seeing the witness male 1 steps backwards slightly and begins playing and masturbating himself. the witness then walks away and uses S40 bascil radio to contact the police and S40 then detains the defendants until officers attend. 19. Undetected Unknown Adult Caution 46; /04/2014 Beeston, Leeds the suspects are parked on a public unmade road and they are both in the male suspectâ s vehicle. they both then engage in oral sex with the female suspect giving the male suspect oral sex on his penis. this was all done in a public place near to a public park. 1. 6 06/05/2014 Briggate, Leeds suspects are alleged strangers to each other and of the same sex. S40 enters store first followed by S40. they make there way up to the toilets on the first floor and both enter same cubicle. security guard follows them on cctv believing S40 is in the store to steal items. due to the time that they have been in the toilets witnesses go into toilets and hear sexual noises coming from within a cubicle. as they look under the door they notice one male sat on the toilet and the secont knealt down in front of him performing oral sex. security are disgusted by what they see and hear and bang on the door. suspects are detained and arrested. 3. Adult Caution 46;74 31;27 22/07/2014 Holbeck, Leeds in full view of the public two suspects, one male and one female, engage in oral sex which is in a motor car. 23/07/2014 Buttershaw, Bradford couple openly having sex in a car outside church at a road junction. not the first time. vehicle registration number and details taken, 04/08/2014 Main Street, Barnsley locus is play area on public playing fields, reporting person is walking S40( dog when S40 male and female engaging in 2) sexual intercourse against the railings of the play area. the reporting person passes the pair who continue to have sex. reporting person later reports this to police. Unknown Unknown Unknown 48 Unknown Unknown 09/08/2014 Hunslet, Leeds complainant resides on S40 of a block of flats which overlooks a green area comprising of a memorial garden, park area and small wooded area. whilst complainant is sat in S40 flat S40 witnesses suspects on the grassed area at the rear of the gardens. male suspect removes his upper clothing and lowers his pants exposing his penis. female suspect begins to masturbate the male. male suspect then masturbates himself before female suspect again masturbates him and male ejaculates. both suspects then leave the area. Charge/Summons 56;25 Unknown 22/09/2014 Wakefield Road, Brighouse aggrieved is S40 S31(1) whilst walking through woodland to get to lake he sees 2 males engaging in sexual activity. one is performing oral sex on the other whilst at the same time the male who is performing the oral sex is being anally penetrated by a branch with a condom on the end.. the aggrieved is disgusted and shouts at the males who run off Unknown 43 05/10/2014 Town Street, Horsforth mo. the suspects in this occurence are current adult partners. between times stated, suspects are seen having sexual intercourse and oral sex on a bench in the street in public view by leeds watch cameras covering locus. this continues throughout times stated and numerous vehicles and pedestrians are seen to pass by. police attend and suspects who are still at the locus are arrested. 3. Adult Caution 51;39 Unknown 14/11/2014 Halifax Road, Kirklees reporting person witnesses 2 people having sex on the stairwell at hospital 01/12/2014 Wellhouse Lane, Mirfield offence has taken place in S31(1) on the footpath running alongside. between times stated whilst witness is S40 and retrieving S40( dog S40(2 walks towards the bushes and sees 2) ) the two suspects tucked into the bushes. suspect one is stood with his pants around his ankles and the second male is on his knees in front of suspect one performing a sexual act. witness asks the suspects â what is going on?â at which point the males stand up and walk away making no comment to the witness and disappear out of sight.
