6 Annual Chemical Inventory Reporting Chemical inventory requirements are governed by: NYC Department of Environmental Protection NYC Fire Department US EPA Community-Right-to-Know US Department of Homeland Security Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Goal: emergency preparedness, response and management. Requirement: annual comprehensive inventory submitted to NYCDEP followed by annual inspection of all buildings.
