1 Section 5 NT VT4 Spare Parts Documentation The spare parts documentation is organised as follows: 1. A comprehensive list of all spare parts (the parts are schematically / with exploded diagrams number listed and with the number of items per assembly),. The schematic or as the case may be, exploded drawing with attached parts list and position number and. The spare parts price list of the most commonly requested parts per product (product specific order form), To find a spare part, please use the attached schematic or exploded drawing. There are drawings for each complete product, main assembly and/or as the case may be detailed assemblies. All drawings have a unique drawing number for identification purposes. For every drawing there also exists an assembly parts list which dependent on the complexity of the assembly can be found directly on the drawing itself or is attached as a second page behind the drawing. Please note the relevant drawing and position number of the required part and as the case may be the part number which can be found in the parts list. You can now use this data in accordance with section 9 of this handbook to complete the spare parts order form and place an order, which should either then be sent per E mail or by fax to the service department. The processing and delivery is carried out in accordance with section of this handbook. If the part is a stock item then the price for the part can be found in the attached main parts list. Contained in this price list is the gross price per part number (without tax or discounts) You may also use the first page of the main parts list as a fax template to order parts, just complete the form and fax it directly to the service department. Should the part you require belong to a parts set and therefore cannot be individually ordered, this will be indicated and the number of the parts set can be found in the main parts list. The price for the set can be found in the main spare parts price list. When ordering parts which have painted, lacquered or patterned surfaces please remember to say which colour or pattern you require, this information can be found in the delivery documents, the ordering information in accordance with section of this handbook is also important.
