Poor diet on the job is costing countries around the world up to 20 per cent in lost productivity, either due to malnutrition that plagues some one billion people in developing countries or the excess weight and obesity afflicting an equal number mostly in industrialised economies, says a study by the International Labour office. 13 EMPLOYEE NUTRITION SERVICES HEALTH ASSESSMENTS ESSENTIAL INFORMATION The Healthy Employee Health Assessments will provide your employees with practical information to help them improve their productivity, health and wellness by adopting healthier strategies such as increased exercise and healthier eating habits and increasing overall health awareness. After completing the Health Assessment, the employee will receive his/her PDF Health Report. This report provides a summary of health risks and health status with recommendations for future health risk reduction strategies. The aggregated Group Health Report is provided to the employer to enable you to see-at-a-glance the areas that require attention and improvement. Employee nutrition services Health Assessments 10am 4pm 1-2-1, 20 minute employee appointments with 15 appointments throughout the day. We are always on hand to discuss your requirements, helping you make the best possible selection. Remember: You are welcome to mix and match the sessions to gain maximum benefit for your workplace. Our Workshops are dietitian approved with nothing faddy, no calorie counting or weighing foods, just sensible lifestyle choices. Duration: 45 mins or 90 mins with 15 mins for Q&A.
