3 The #1 Food That ALL Health Experts Are Eating That You Don t (YET!) It s called Bone Broth. It s been around for thousands of years - in fact, many scientists believe it to be our original, primal sustenance that eventually led to humans becoming meat-eaters and evolving the brains that we enjoy today! You see, they believe we started scavenging carcasses and discovered bones, marrow, and eventually bone broth - which gave us the taste for animal flesh. Only then did we begin hunting, which - as other scientists believe - led to the evolution of our superior brain and eventually civilization. So what is this magical, life-giving quaff, why should YOU be eating it and HOW can you start enjoying it today (it s delicious!). Why you ask? Let s see Most of us want to FEEL BETTER. We want unlimited energy, less joint pain, and the ability to do whatever we desire - whenever we want! Now that we feel better, most of us want to LOOK BETTER! We want a tighter tummy, slimmer waistline or bigger muscles. We want smooth, even and firm skin that makes us look as young as we now feel so we can live the life we want! And of course, we want to kick ass and PERFORM BETTER! After all, we ARE trying to MAXIMIZE our potential! 1

4 To review live long, kick lots of ass and do epic shit - all of which is easier to accomplish when you re functioning at peak levels, feeling your best and performing optimally! Benefits of Consuming Bone Broth I. Unlock the magic of marrow - the flexible tissue deep inside bones is loaded with healthy fats, including Conjugated Linoleum Acid (CLA) - a potent cancer inhibitor and supplement shown to help reduce body fat. HOW TO ENJOY IT Making bone broth is simple. It s easier than boiling water - because you don t even have to boil the water! You start with the bones, joints, tendons, or carcasses of animals (QUALITY always rules - so we want wild game, grass-fed cows, free-range chickens - and you slow cook them for hours allowing the minerals to leech into the liquid, softening the connective tissues and allowing the marrow to fall off (or out of) the bones. Easy to make in the slow cooker (most beneficial and valuable leftover ever!) **You have to let it soak/cook for hours. Your broth should appear cloudy from dissolved bone particles and the bones themselves should crumble or at least be fork tender. If not, let them continue to cook** 1. Drink it. Yep - straight up drink it. 2. Soup/sauce base. Use it fresh or store in the fridge or freezer for later use as a base for your favorite soups, stocks, or sauces. 3

5 4. Crock Pot Liquid: I like to slow cook meat in the crock pot with soup bones that have been stewing for 24 hours. I ll remove that meat and immediately replace it with a second type or cut of meat now you ve got 2-3 days worth of bone broth-infused meat pre-cooked and ready for consumption! 5. Ben Greenfield s risotto: Simply cook your risotto as usual - but use your bone broth as a base to greatly increase both nutrient density and flavor profile. WHAT S NEXT?
