Wrote proposals and obtained funding for the project. Collected and analyzed data from 55 qualitative case studies and 550 quantitative surveys. Trained and managed a team of 4 research assistants and a field staff of 15. Initiated and currently carrying out trainings and M&E for 11 women s empowerment groups in an informal settlement in Nairobi.
